Initiate Your Request
Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original Waldor & Co. presentation box and secure them in a protective shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand over your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
